Can not hear some sounds?

Unfortunately Windows has numerous ways to get at the Volume controls. In most cases, the Volume controls are accessible from Windows TaskBar or from within Windows Media Player. Otherwise the problem may be you are using a sound file type, or you using the sound in a way, which is not supported by your browser configuration. This can be caused by a non-standard browser configuration (e.g. certain installed plugins), a corrupt browser configuration, or an old browser configuration. Try upgrading your browser to the latest version. If this doesn’t work, it likely means the sound file type is not supported by that browser version. For Internet Explorer, some people have suggested “use MS Update and download Media Player 6.4 or later”, although we have not verified if this is a good solution in general.
