There is a 2 night minimum for most dates. In our large group cabins, Christmas and 4th of July are a 3 night minimum and Thanksgiving is a 4 night minimum. For one nights you will have to call our toll free number at 1-800-684-7865 to speak with a reservationist.

Most villas have a 7-night minimum, shorter stays are available on a request basis. Stays of less or more than one week are pro-rated. Over the Christmas/New Years holiday, many villas have a 10 or 14 night minimum stay.
