What is the ultimate goal of USA?
The ultimate goal for the Users and Screeners Association – FEPP, Inc. is to promote the reutilization of federally owned personal property extending its utility to the taxpayer throughout the usable life of the item(s). USA-FEPP parallels itself with the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) promoting the use of Federal Excess Personal Property as the first source of supply in lieu of new federal procurements.
