How does MDT work?
A. My Desktop Therapist works on many levels of the conscious and subconscious mind. It allows the combination of multiple therapeutic modalities into one simple to use system. As a user you can experience subliminal or semi subliminal audio, text, images or video. You can also use the sessions module to trigger EFT sessions, play hypnosis audio’s, remind you to do practical or physical exercises or activate a digital vision board. The system is so versatile it can display images and text as well as play audio and/or video. Your imagination is the only limitation.
