How to get rid of maggots?
There are a few things you can do to get rid of maggots. First being get rid of the flies that cause the maggots with an insect pesticide. For any maggots that have already hatched, you can pour boiling water on them to kill then, and then sweep them up and throw them away, if you want them to have a pain free death, sweep them into a zip lock bag and freeze them, the cold temperature will make them fall asleep and they will die painlessly in their sleep. Remember also that maggots are usually near rotting food or organic items, so make sure that you throw away anything that has rotted so that you are not enticing flies to come back and lay their eggs.
