The Security Code is a one-time 6-digit password generated by the Online Security Device with the press of a grey button on the front of the Device. It is required to access your Internet Banking account, perform third party transfers and BPAY® transactions, and update your customer details. You can use your Security Code to access your accounts whether you are here or overseas.

This is a random 5-character code located on the CU@home login screen. The purpose of this code is to prevent automated attempts by Internet fraudsters to capture your Member Number and PIN. You’ll notice this random Security Code changes with each visit to CU@home.
