Salt Lake City is situated right up against the Wasatch mountains. It is only a 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City to some of the finest ski resorts in the country. The mountains also provide ideal terrain for mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and other types of outdoor recreation. The Oquirrh and Uinta mountain ranges are also within an hour’s drive from Salt Lake City.
