All techniques which integrate the training of body, mind and breath are good techniques. Essentially, the resultant yard stick should be a feeling of well being in the state of body, mind and breath. All the labels which these techniques carry are meaningless if they do not help you experience a sense of well being and all the three parameters of mind, body and breathe simultaneously. For example, you may feel sense of physical well being but mentally you would be experiencing total chaos. May be you will experience mental peace but no physical balance. So any technique of meditation, body training and pranayam doesn’t integrate all these three parameters is an incomplete technique.
