Is “Curves” a good gym?

It’s a good gym in my opinion. I joined Curves back in high school (I’m currently not in it now but I’m really considering going back). And it was pretty effective for me. The 30 min workout/3 times a week is the minimum. You don’t need to do any outside workouts unless you want to. And the great thing about that place was that they were really willing to help you get to your target goals. They take your measurements/weight/etc. and help you get to your weight goal. And every couple weeks they track your progess and let you know how you’re doing. They can also provide a meal plan for you. The thing I really liked about Curves was their personalness. I don’t like going to big gyms like Bally because I felt like the trainers don’t really care about helping you. So if you’re really interested I’d suggest going to them. I really liked it and am really considering going back. Good luck!
