Any person, young or old, may join BFIT4LIFE boot camps! It is for any one who has the courage, determination, and will power, to start that healthy lifestyle plan, and achieve those fitness goals. We have had great success stories from all different ages! It doesn’t matter your fitness level, whether just beginning, or just needing to be more challenged with your current work out program.
