What is an angle bisector?
To bisect something is to divide it into two equal parts. An angle bisector is any line or ray that divides an angle in half so that every point on the bisector is an equal distance from each of the sides of the angle. Inside a shape with many sides, an angle bisector splits an interior angle in half. To find more information click here: http://www.mathwords.com/a/angle_bisector.
