Yes- NOZA has a free Training Page packed with video tutorials, webinar casts and resource material to help you get started with NOZA and prospect research. All of our customers can participate in a variety of NOZA trainings- including our Tuesday Tips & Tricks, which is held every Tuesday at 10am PST and phone support. Our support representatives are experts in nonprofit fundraising research and we are happy to assist you. Please email support@nozasearch.com or call our toll-free number to schedule a training. Quick questions will be answered on the spot, and phone training sessions can be scheduled in advance. NOZAs customer support team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST.
