What are The Casitas at Playa Viva?
Casitas are homes or suites (without kitchens or dining rooms) that come in either one, two, three or four bedroom configurations. In most cases rooms have either a private bathroom or share a bathroom with one other bedroom. Each Casita is a stand-alone unit and provides plenty of privacy and distance from the next Casita. Casitas are build in clusters around a Common Area that provides dining room, kitchen, pool and other common use spaces.
