The special Effects paints are 3 groups of water-based paints for Fabric Painting: 3-D effects, Metallic effects and Glitter effects. They are great for large areas and have a beautiful creamy texture. We have a special offer to purchase 4 50ml pots of ANY Effects paints for just £14.99. An offer unique to Artists Resource! The Special Effects Paints also come in 25ml liner tubes, which are great for fine lines, text and detailing. You use them on fabric and also a variety of porous surfaces such as paper, card and wood too! Currently we have three pairs of Metallic and Glitter Liners available: Luxury, Fancy girl and Elegance. We also have the 3D Liners Happy Colour Set which contains 6 x 3D Liners.
