What is the USAT? What does it stand for?

USAT is the acronym for USA Triathlon. USAT is the sanctioning authority for more than 2,000 diverse events ranging from local to high profile races nationwide. On the elite level, USAT is responsible for the selection and training of teams to represent the U.S. in international competitions. USAT also conducts national camps/clinics and provides coaching education programs. Please refer to www.usatriathlon.org for further details.
