What are will-call orders?
Certain situations, such as purchases made the day of the event, make it impossible to ship the order to the customer in time for the event. In these cases, we can often set up the tickets at the venues box office will-call window in the name of the customer for pickup. Additionally, within our inventory there are tickets that were setup as will-call when originally purchased, and are clearly noted as such within the listed grouping. What is a ticket broker?
