If the RealSpeak Evaluator (so the process ‘RSSVR10’ in the taskmanager) is running, close the evaluator or end the process. If the process ‘RSSVR10’ doesn’t start up when starting the GUI, this means that RealSpeak isn’t good installed on your PC. In the ‘Dllversion.txt’ you don’t see as recources ‘VflTts’ and ‘VflTtsRsMm’. In the section [VflTts20] of the file ‘telebutl.ini’ (in your Axxium-directory) the entry TtsRsMmEnabled is put on ‘0’. So, try to reinstall RealSpeak. (Setup – RealMM – setup.exe) Maybe the ‘axxium.exe’ is still running (possible after using RealSpeak Telecom). So, end the process ‘_main.1’ (and the ‘exe’) in the taskmanager.
