No. An official certificate will not be mailed to you. • I just took a food safety course. When am I officially certified? The Food Handler’s Safety course is for informational purposes only; therefore, you will not be certified after taking this course. The Food Safety Manager’s Certification course is a prep course only; you will not be certified until you take the proctored final examination.
