Is there an SLA for CollabNet OnDemand?
Availability of Site The Site will be generally available for You to access via the Internet twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, except for Allowable Downtime described below or any loss or interruption of Services due to Force Majeure events. Internet Delays Services may be subject to delays and other delivery failures inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications. CollabNet is not responsible for any damages resulting from delays, or other delivery failures. Allowable Downtime CollabNet may occasionally perform routine maintenance resulting in system and application downtime. CollabNet will take reasonable means to ensure customers are informed of such downtime via the Site.
