You can chat in bangla using MSN and Akkhor bangla keyboard. Right click to its icon in the right side of Computer clock in taskbar. Then from this menu select Show On Screen Keyboard. Now first select the chat window text box (or any other Unicode supported text box) then click on to left text box and type any text. now just press enter or click to the command button the text will go to that previously selected Textbox! Be sure that previous textbox is in any Bangla UNICODE supported font (Mukti etc.). Same you can type bangla by clicking your mouse also!!
