How are players salaries calculated?
If the player was with you when you started the team or was a player that you got through the youth academy and now turned seniors, the salary is determined as a % of the player’s value in the range of 1-3%. If the player was bought through the transfer market and you bought him for a lot MORE than this his player value, you will have to pay him a higher salary. When you place a bid you are given an indication of his new salary. Over time, his salary will start to decrease back towards what it ought to be, this is calculated at the end of the season.
