Yes. In Texas, Professional Engineering registration is the responsibility of the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers. As a consequence of UHD’s ABET accreditation, along with other qualifying criteria, UHD’s PPD degree is recognized as an appropriate academic degree for PE licensing.
