Once a user decides to make a purchase, however, he or she will be required to log in or, if they do not have an existing account, create a new account. How do I log in?(back to top) Distributors can log into the mall using their Virtual Office distributor ID and password. Retail customers can create a mall account through the Account Create feature available on the mall. If Im a distributor, how do I change my MonaVie Mall password?(back to top) Your MonaVie Mall password is the same as the password you use to log into your Virtual Office. Therefore, mall passwords cannot be changed in the mall and must be changed in your MonaVie Virtual Office.
