DOES BOSS NOSS EFFECT ENGINE LIFE?
The answer to this question depends on the size of Horsepower shot being thrown at your motor. Anytime you do anything to increase Horsepower, you are putting a little more strain on your motor than normal, stock wear and tear. This includes increasing Horsepower by using Nitrous Oxide. Most motors, however, can take a moderate Horsepower boost without any dramatic or lasting effects. The standard 30 Horsepower boost from a Basic BOSS NOSS Kit is not enough to significantly lower the life of your snowmobile. When you start throwing 60+ Horsepower hits on your motor, odds are you are losing a little bit of longevity.
