Yes, easily. Using our MP765 water-based polyurethane varnish, all you need to do is lightly scuff-sand the floor with 220 grit sandpaper, vacuum, and apply two light coats of varnish with a synthetic applicator mop. Each coat dries in about one hour and leaves no residual odor.
