I called the vendors Customer Support team to book a vacation package for my customer. Can I use VAX to view and modify that vacation package?
When vendors create vacation packages, they determine the distribution systems in which you can book and retrieve reservations. If the package is not available through VAX, you cannot use VAX to retrieve the reservation. As a general rule, you should try to retrieve the reservation in VAX. If you cannot retrieve the reservation, the package is not available through VAX. You need to contact the vendor’s Customer Support team to review or modify the reservation.
