I have a Hot Mail (or Yahoo, Juno, etc.) e-mail account and its not working anymore. Why not?
Though one can successfully use one of the free e-mail accounts by accessing the internet, any problems with those accounts are not supported from within our department. If you have successful internet access, then any problems with those accounts are the responsibility of the company producing and maintaining those sites. Sinclair and the Dept. lab techs have no means to provide support on these sites. Refer any support questions to the appropriate support contacts that should be listed on the free e-mail web sites.
