Having problems logging in?
Your Login is your Member ID. This will have been supplied to you on your Membership card or in an email. Your default password is your Date of Birth, in this format: d d m m y y y y (e.g. March 24th 1957 is 24031967) If you did not supply a Date of Birth on your membership application, please contact your state office Member Relations Executive for assistance. Common Problems: – Your chosen password must contain at least 6 letters and 2 numbers (or more) – Previous Directors Register and Alumni passwords are no longer used. Use your new password – The Date of Birth we have on file for you may be incorrect – Your network security settings may be preventing the login from working. Check with your I.T. administrator It is easy to mis-type your password when you reset it. Your State Office Member Relations Executive can reset your password to your date of birth so that you can try again. You will need to have a minimum of 6 letters and 2 numbers. e.g. robert1957 If others can log in, but
