Under age 12: 9:00 pm to dawn (year round). Age 12 – 18: Sunday through and including Thursday from 11:00pm – 4:30 am of the following day and on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 12 midnight and 4:30 am of the following day. These times established for Friday and Saturday are for the months of September through May. For the months June, July, and August, the curfew hours are altered for Friday and Saturday to 1:00 am through 4:30 am. All curfew times do not apply to minors who are with their parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor. Curfew times can be found in the Codified Ordinances of Galion, 531.01 and 531.02.
