Pretty much, Yes. The only things I’d avoid while running a dedicated server would be: Streaming video (sucks bandwidth which the game could use) Memory/processor/hard drive intensive utilities. No defragging while others are playing. Playing Daikatana on the same machine while the dedicated server is up.
