What is its aim?
Rolta has very ambitious Plans to grow the different business lines and go up the value-chain during the coming years. For this we need thousands of trained engineering hands to work on state-of-the-art Automation Tools and take on global projects, at our delivery centers in Mumbai. Aim of “Rolta Academy” – is to meet the immediate captive requirements of our six lines of our business. All those who qualify the tests will be absorbed in our academy as full time employee from Day 1, in various grades as per relevant experience and background.
