The Ask Toolbar was on my Internet Explorer browser but now its gone. What happened?
On certain occasions when using Internet Explorer 5.5, you might notice the Ask Toolbar is not visible when you re-launch the browser. If this happens, do the following: • Go to the “View” menu at the top of your browser • Select “Toolbars” • Click “Ask Toolbar” to restore the Ask Toolbar on your browser.
