What can be done to reduce chlorine?
Activated carbon filters will reduce chlorine taste and odour, leaving you with great-tasting water. Filters for taste and odour are usually installed at the point-of-use under or near the kitchen faucet. Ametek offers under-sink filter housings, a countertop filter system, and a small carbon filter which installs directly onto the faucet. It is also possible (but less efficient) to place a carbon filter on the main cold water line.
