Retakes on oral quizzes?
Absolutely !!!! In our FL dept. retakes on any test/quiz on which a student scores below 83 are encouraged. On the retake (must be after school, at teacher’s convenience) the highest possible score is 83 – so it’s always better to score well the first time. But w/ this policy kids who are really trying get the second or third (or fourth) chance they deserve.
