What is different about the UT application process if I apply to Plan II?
To be considered complete, a Plan II fall 2009 freshman applicant must submit all of the following documents electronically or by mail: Every applicant is responsible for checking the status of his/her application throughout the application process. • Texas Common Application, (see: How to Apply) • $60 UT Austin application fee (There is NO additional fee to apply to Plan II Honors.), • SAT or ACT test scores (with writing), • official high school transcript (Some Texas high schools can now submit official transcripts electronically. Check with your high school’s registrar’s office. See required high school courses), • two essays (see Plan II essay prompts/guidelines), These are Essay A and Essay B–the same two essays required by UT Admissions and by the scholarship application.
