Why RFC?
• With the large number of Charted Financial Consultants, Certified Public Accountants and Certified Financial Planners, and the refrain heard for “one profession – one designation” why is there a need for the IARFC and RFC designation? This is a valid question, and one that deserves a considered response. First, there is no clear “one designation”. There are at least 80 designations in the financial services field and over 72 associations.
