A retail customer is someone who purchases MonaVie products at the retail price from an existing distributor. A retail customer is not a distributor. What is a preferred customer? A preferred customer receives a 15% discount on the retail price of MonaVie products. Preferred customers are not distributors but have enrolled in and participate in the AutoShip program.
