GIX is Iraq’s Grand Opening with an anticipated attendance between 10,000 – 12,000 attendees and they include: (1) Iraqi companies and principal business owners from the private sector in all fields. (2) Iraqi ministers and officials from the Iraqi government. (3) Major companies from throughout the Gulf that have a vital interest in doing business in Iraq. (4) Major contractors of the $18.6 billion in reconstruction funds from the USA. (5) Major donor countries supporting the reconstruction of Iraq.
