What is it like to be an Initiate?

0

Initiates embark on a 6-week Initiation Process. They attend Brotherhood and Initiate meetings, plan social, scholarship and leadership events and learn about the organization. They will also get to know every single active brother. At the end of the 6-week process, Initiates must pass a National Exam to demonstrate their knowledge of Phi Sigma Pi. What is expected of a Brother? All Brothers attend bi-weekly Brotherhood meetings held on Sunday evenings. Each Brother chooses one committee to work on throughout the semester. Additionally, Brothers participate in service, fundraising, RUSH and initiation events each semester.
