How old is The Legend of Zelda?
The series first began in February 1986 when Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda on the Famicom disk system. It was released in the USA a year later, July 1987 on the NES, and first made it to Europe in November that year. Its most recent rendition is The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, released on GBA in November 2004 in Japan and Europe, and January 2005 in the USA.
