There are three main classes: Splicers, Protectors (Big Daddies) and Gatherers (Little Sisters). There will be a lot of different Splicers, three types of Big Daddies and unknown number of types of Little Sisters. There will also be numerous security systems (bots, turrets) as well as few bosses.
