What is power sequencing?

0

Power sequencing indicates that the power voltages in a multi-power system are not ramping up at the same time, therefore signals from difference power source applied to a device while its Vcc is not reaching nominal voltage yet and causing problem.

0

Power sequencing indicates that the voltage at the Vcc pin is 0V while the input signals are applied to the in/out pins of the switch. It is a similar condition to hot-swap. Therefore the switches that work for hot-swap applications also apply to power sequencing.
