ToolkitCMA includes all MLS interfaces for residential single-family property data and pictures required by the customer. Realty Tools, Inc. has been developing, maintaining and supporting many hundreds of MLS interfaces all across North America since 1988. Selected property content downloaded from your local MLS is automatically merged into presentation CMA documents. Realty Tools, Inc. does not offer ToolkitCMA without a properly working MLS interface.
