How is PureSweet® produced?
PureSweet® is made from the naturally sweet compounds in Stevia leaves called Steviol glycosides. We use an intricate and proprietary process of purified water extraction to produce our unique product. Other producers of Stevia-based products may use commercial processes involving alcohol extraction, decolouration by bleach or citric acid, and purification using ion-exchange resins, electrolytic techniques or precipitating agents?.
