We sent IDOC a package which USPS confirms was delivered on Friday, February 27. Today is March 3. Yet, the status page on IDOC shows no materials received. I realize that IDOC receives a lot of mail around March 1. Could those of you who have experience with IDOC say how quickly does IDOC process information and does it show your status updated quickly? How long did it take IDOC to show it had processed your information. Thanks.
