What do vegetarians eat for protein?

Ah… THE PROTEIN MYTH raises it’s head again. The idea that a person needs 30% of their diet in protein is propaganda by the Meat, Egg & Dairy Industry. They are big business so do not discount the money they have spent for the past 50 years on these lies. Our actually needs are more like 5%. This is info from Dr. John McDougall. He has a free newsletter as well as a World Renown VEGAN Health program in CA. There is no such thing as need for a complete protein..Almost all veggies have protein in them, some more than others. But the bottom line is IT IS MUCH EASIER fro a Veggie/Vegan to get the nutrition they need than is promoted in the mainstream health news.
