What do skinny people eat?
It won’t be easy, but here is what I came up with: -when you are eating a meal, take as much as you normally would, then put half of it back and don’t go for seconds. After a little while you will see yourself only craving that much which saves you half the calories you would’ve eaten. -you can still eat junk food, but moderately. If you ever hav a craving, look at the serving size (ex: Chips 12 for 150 calories or something like that) You will see how much less you eat! -Eat 5 meals a day. Make sure you space it out though to keep you metabolism running and burning the calories. -I was in the same situation, so I forced myself to start eating healthy when I craved junk, and after a little while, I noticed myself only craving healthy foods when my stomach started to rumble. -Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and try taking a 30 minute walk after dinner, because people tend to be most exhausted after dinner from the long day and go to lay down after eating which only packs on the lbs.
