Yes they do charge for hold baggage. Last month I flew FlyBe from Aberdeen to London Gatwick and they charged me £13 for checking a bag in. There is no charge for hand baggage as long as it meets their requirements – what they are I do not know – their website would probably have that information. I was OK with a laptop case for hand baggage.
