Are cockatoos parrots?
yes they are in the parrot family, the are originally from australia and there are many differant types of cockatoos. They come in all differant sizes, the smallest being the goffins cockatoo. They also come in differant colors most being white, but the sulfar crested cockatoo has light yellow highlights on plumage and crest. The moluccan cockatoo is almost pink in color, the black palm cockatoo is jet black with red on jaws.
