How to make volcano cheese sauce?
Um…by Volcano do you mean spicy hot? Or, do you need it to be poured into the center of a pile of something, to look the part? If you mean hot, I would chop up your favorite cheese, ad about 4/1 ratio of regular cheese and cream cheese (helps it melt more smoothly) and some hot sauce or tabasco or something similar. Keep a little bit of cheese aside in case you need to correct thickness. Then heat on low, stirring in a little milk. As it starts to melt, keep stirring and add a little more milk if it’s too thick. If it’s too thin, add a little more cheese.
